"Sly and the Family Cumbutt" is a searing and satirical portrait of the modern family. The patriarch, Sly, is a washed-up former rock star who now spends his days lounging around the house in his underwear, drinking beer and watching daytime television. The matriarch, Debbie, is a nagging, overbearing wife who is constantly berating her husband and children. The children, Judas 
and Jezebel, are spoiled brats who are constantly fighting with each other and causing mischief. The family dog, Cumbutt, is the only one who seems to bring any joy to this dysfunctional family. This darkly humorous painting captures the dysfunction and chaos of modern family life.
