This artwork is a play on the classic picture book, Where the Wild Things Are. In this version, the young boy, Max, is replaced by a Jewish bird, Dr. Jewbird. The bird goes to court for having indecent thoughts about a female squirrel. The story is a commentary on the way that male sexuality is often policed and controlled.
